You may find things missing or even unintended 'features' (otherwise known as bugs), but let us know what you like and dislike and we will do our best to accomodate you wants and needs.

File Mirror Software

This free file replication tool is one we developed many years ago as a quick way to solve file replication problems between servers. At best it should be considered a boot-strap way to handle replication. It is in no way a professional backup solution. For a professional offsite backup solution refer to our iVault Automated Backup Service.

The software is intended for system administrators and the technically savvy. It runs as a Windows service and uses an ini file to control file replication. It has no GUI and is provided as is, without warranty. If you find it useful, please use it freely but selling or otherwise distributing the software is not permitted.

ActiveX Audio Recorder

ActiveX Audio Recorder is intended for inclusion in web management systems where audio commentary is routinely added to a site, for example for Podcast announcements.

The ActiveX Audio Recorder can be embedded in a standard HTML form. Audio can then be quickly recorded, replayed and changed if necessary, before being uploaded when the form is submitted. The software has been optimised to excel at producing small files that can go live without further editing and although we have not yet reached our goals in quality and performance, this version offers what we have been unable to find elsewhere.

Although this is a beta release and is still lacks good audio filtering, it already supports both Wave and MP3 audio formats and will normalise the volume and minimise the size of the audio file prior to upload.
